What data we collect
- Account and order details: name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, VAT number (for invoices).
- Payment details: card/PayPal payments are made directly with PayPal. We do not see or store card details.
- Vehicle details: when you give them to us for tuning or services (model, modifications, logs).
- Technical data: IP address, browser and the cookies needed for the website to work (cart, login, language).
Why we use it (legal basis)
- To fulfil your order or service – performance of a contract.
- To issue receipts/invoices and keep accounting records – legal obligation.
- To answer your questions and provide support – legitimate interest.
- Newsletter and offers – only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
Only with those needed to fulfil your order: PayPal (payments), carriers (ELTA, ACS, Geniki Taxydromiki, BOX NOW), our hosting provider, our accountant and public authorities where required by law. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data for as long as tax law requires. Account data until you ask us to delete your account.
